FEESH TENDERS will be received by the County Clerk up to noon on the 14th INST., for the EJECTION of COUNTY BUILDINGS at Waimate, according to amended specifications (in as far as Timber and some other small details are concerned). Plans and specifications will be seen at Mr. Lemon's Office, Tyne-street, Oamaru, and at Brace's Yards, Timaru, up to the 9th inst, and at the Road Board Office, Waimate, from the 9th to the 14th inst. Tenderers to enclose a marked cheque for 1 per cent, bi favour of the County Treasurer only, without which no tender will be considered. The tenders already sent in remain unopened in the hands of the Clerk, and will be returned to the makers thereof after the fre.-rh tenders have been disposed of The Council are not; necessarily bound to accept the lowest or any tender.
