THIS DAY. (Boforo His Honor District Judß:e Ward.) IN BANKRUPTCY. In re George Fricker —The adjourned application of this bankrupt for his discharge came up, and the affairs of the bankrupt being in the same unsatisfactory state, his certificate was suspended for six months.

In re Alexander Churtain M'Kay— Mr. Balmer, for Mr. O'Meagher, applied for an order for the bankrupt's discharge, which was granted, all the necessary steps having been taken. This completed the business, and the Court was adjourned until the 2Gth inst.
