'JOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the - * Waitaki County Council intend taking land for a Road, of which the following is a general description : —The portion of road referred to commences at a point SS"G links on a south-west bearing of 20Sdeg. 37min., from the south-east corner of Allotment 6, Block X LI., Town of Maheno, passes through Allotments 4, 5, G, and 7, Jjlock XII., Maheno, and Allotment 51, extension of Maheno ; and terminates at a poiut on the south-eastern side of Railway, distant about 240 links on a north-east bearing of 25deg. 41 min. from the north-eastern corner of Allotment 51, said extension of Maheno. Total area taken is 1 rood 35 "2 perches. Allotments owned respectively by Mrs. E. De Carle, H. Crawford, John Newland, and j F. Hubbard.
