STniin., from the south-east corner of Allotment 6', BlnckXiL, Town of Maheno, passes through Allotments 4, 5, 6, and 7, Klock XII., Maheno, and Allotment 51, extension of Maheno ; and terminates at a point on the south-eastern side of Railway, distant about 240 links on a north-east bearing of 25deg. 41 min. from the north-eastern corner of Allotment 41, said extension of Maheno. Total area taken is 1 rood 35'2 perches. Allotments owned respectively by Mrs. E. De Carle, H. Crawford, John Kewland, and F. Hubbard. The Plan and General Description of the above Road can be seen at the Railway Station, Maheno; and all persons affected thereby must set forth in writing any wellgrounded objections to the taking of such land or the execution of such works, and must send such writing within forty days from the date hereof, to the office of the Waitaki County Council.
