Under Rule I. it 13 necessary to pay subscriptions one month before the date of annual meeting, to be held in all November, to constitute membership with privilege of voting at election of Office-bearers. Mr. Henry Richmond, Collector for the Society, will receive Subscriptions and give Receipts for the same. J. CHURCH, 854 Secretary.
