AUCTIONEER'S REPORT. Mr. A. H. Maude reports that he held a sale of freehold and leasehold properties on Saturday. Mr. Reid's suburban property, 2 acres freehold, part of Sec. 7, block I, Oamaru district, with 1 acre leasehold attached, and 4-roomed house, was knocked down at L 46 0; sec. 13, block XI., Oamaru Town, with 4-roomed house, sold for L 262. On account of other vendors he sold—sec. 22, block 11., Tees-street, (unimproved), for L 260; sec. 1, block XIV. (corner section in Thames-st.), L 293 ; sec. 4, block LXXXIII., with 3-roomed house, LIBO.
