AUCTIONEER'S REPORT. Mr. A. H. Maud; reports hiving held a sale yesterday, at Messrs. and Moore's premises, of buildings for removal, benches, harness, tanners'tools, etc., etc. There was a good attendance, but the bidding was somewhat languid. On the whole fair prices were realised. This morning's Herald reports that grain quotations are as fo lows . —Wheat, very prime samples, u's I'd to 7s ; oats, ::s G'd to 3a 9d, with a slightly downward tendency : barley, nominal.
