RULES AND REGULATIONS. 1. Ploughing will begin at 9 o'clock precisely. The amount of ground to be ploughed by each competitor is two-thirds of an acre for double-furrows, and five-eighths of an acre for swing ploughs. The time allowed •will be five and a half hours, including half-an-hour for lunch. 2. In Classes B and C, each man to make his own break and cleave it out. The furrow to be not more than 9 inches wide, nor less than 5h inches deep. No straight coulters allowed. In Class A, each man to make crown and finish. The furrow to be not more than S inches wide, nor less than 5 inches deep. 3. Every man to finish the piece of ground he begins to plough. 4. Assistance allowed at first and last rounds only. 5. Start and finish notified by gun-fire. Entry money, 10s. Members free. All Entries must be made on the Sth AUGUST, at 6 o'clock p.m., at Mr. Smith's Store, Duntroon. J. GARDINER, 442 Secretary.
