Gifford, M'Niehol. Thompson, Hayes, Duke, Kennedy, Wheeler, M'Kay, Ronney, Every, Hassel (two), Hayes, Roberts, Handyside Topham, Slattery, Moody, Leckie; and four steerage. OUTWARDS. July 29. Samson, p.s., 129 tons, Jones, for Dunedin. H. Aitken, agent. VESSELS IN PORT. Steamer—Waitaki. Topsail Schooners Pelican, Isabella Pratt. # ■ The Union Steamship Company's ps. Samson, Captain Jones, sailed for Dunedin at her usual hour last evening with passengers and cargo. The Oamaru and Dunedin Fteamsnip Company's s.s. Waitaki, Captain Edie, arrived alongside the Breakwater at 1 p.m. to-day, with 26 tons cargo and 35 passengers. She left Dunediu at 8 a.m., and experienced a heavy sea up the coast. She leaves again on her return trip at the usual hour to-morrow.
