MAGISTRATE'S COURT.

THIS DAY. (Before T. W. Parker. Esq., 11.M.) DRUNK AND DISORDERLY. Patrick M'Gee and Edward Reardon with having been drunk and disorderly in Thames-street last Bight.—From a statement made by Sergeant Bullen it appeared that the prisoners attempted to break into the house of a woman named Shires, and been taken into custody on the above charge.—The evidence of Constable "White having been taken, his Worship said that as the woman Siiires had not appeared to prosecute, the prisoners would be discharged.
