SALES OF PROPERTY. June 18. Mr. Mathew R. Miller reports the sale of M'Lellan and Chandler's Rakumoana estate, a freehold of 7000 acres ; and the Kaiawaka estate, a leasehold of about 23,000 acres, seventeen years to run, rent L 32 per annum. The whole estate, with all station plant, and 8000 sheep, was sold for L 15,000, to Mr, John Hindmarsh, formerly of Adelaide.
