AUCTIONEER'S REPORT.
Mr. A. H. Macdk reports that on Saturday he submitted to auction a number of valuable freehold and leasehold properties m Oamara. There was a large attandanee. The first lot which t". und a purchaser was Section 4, Block I XXXVII. (unimproved), the buyer being Mr. '1 homas Aimers, ami the price, L< : s ; Section 13. block LXX.\\ I. (unimproved), was sold to Mr J Omrch at L7S ; Sections 2 and 3, block IA.VWiI. (unimproved), to Mr. George Frownlee, at L 13- A numb.r .-f oth- r s-.cctn i'.s were offered, but withdrawn, ow r.gto the reserve price not h-.ving heen reached Some of these sections Lave since been sold pmaleiy.
