WELLINGTON.
ANOTHER DRAINAGE DIFFICULTY.
June 13. The New Zealand Times says it is reported that another difficulty has arisen in connection with the drainage scheme. Mr. J. 0. Crawford objects to the sewage being discharged into Lyell's Bay, and to its being carried "on to his land, unless deposited at a greater distance, and at a higher level than was anticipated. To comply with the demand would add to the estimated outlay for pumping a further charge of L6OO per annum.
