PRESENTATION TO A POLICEMAN.
Mr. Travers, on behalf of the citizens, presented an address and a purse of 175 sovereigns to Michael Monaghan, late senior sergeant in the police force here. There was a large attendance of merchants and other leading citizens at the presentation.
