GOLD MINING.
A Times telegram from Cromwell says that the new reef reported at Bendigo is 3ft. 6in. thick, and very rich. It is either within or adjoining Lucknow, No. 2 lease. Considerable local excitement exists, and claims are being pegged out on a line with it.
