MAGISTRATES' COURT.

THIS DAY. _____ (Before T. W. Parker, Esq., E.M.) STRAY CATTLE. The following fines were inflicted for allowing cattle to wander at large :—P. M'Cusker, two cows, 10s. ; James Keid, one cow, ss. ; Jarvis White, one horse, 3s. ; Charles Townsend, one cow, 3s. ; Alexander Aikenhead, two horses, ss. DRUNK AND DISORDERLY. Patrick M'Cusker, for being drunk and disorderly yesterday, was fined 205., with the alternative of five days' imprisonment. JUDGMENT SUMMONS. Lippert v. M'Cormack.—Claim, £l4 IDs. Sd. This case was further adjourned to give defendant an opportunity of ing off the debt by instalments.
