The Premier has arranged with the Agent-General for the transmission of weekly messages on the position of affairs in Europe. This is in conjunction with the Agent-General of other colonies, who mostly acquiesced. The messages will be despatched, in the first instance, to Adelaide, and then immediately to the other colonies. The ship Erato, on her passage, fell in with a derelict vessel.
