MAGISTRATE'S COURT.

THIS DAY. (Before T. W. Parker, Esq., K.M.) ! CIVIL CASE. J. WHITE V. P. M'CLUSKEY. On the application of Mr. O'Meagher, who appeared for the plaintiff, this case was adjourned for a week. HASSELL V. AITKEN. This was a case brought to recover possession of the oats which formed the subject of the charge of larceny against Thomas Pratt, and which was dismissed yesterday. Mr. Hislop appeared for plaintiff, and Mr. O'Meagher for the defendant. On the application of Mr. Hislop, the hearing of tne case was adjourned till Tuesday next. GALBEAITH AND CO. V. COLIN CAMPBELL. This was a claim of L 25 4s. Bd. for goods supplied, which was settled by mutual consent. YOUNG V. JOHNSON. Claim, L2 10s. for horse hire. Judgment for plaintiff.
