Times: — The effects of the floods are shown in the railway returns of February. Traffic having been near'y suspended over many of the lines for a week, and the month being a short one as compared with January, a decline was to be expected of about a fourth in the receipts, and that in fact very nearly represents the truth. The figures for Juiuary and February respectively are as follows : January. February.
