Sergeant O'Connor asfcett the Bench (.VL Studholme, Esq.) to remand the accused for eight days' to t irnaru, and not to allow ball The accused appealed to the ,B«nch tu allow htiu to find sureties for his appearance at Tiiuaru, lutt bt-.inv the J.
