DUNEDIN HARBOUR BOARD.
Tiie Harbour plant was to-day handed over to Mr. Proudfoot. It consisted of the dredges Vulcan and New Era, the side delivery dredge, the steamer Peninsula, nineteen mud punts, five steam cranes, locomotive, etc. The dredges begin on the new channel to-morrow.
