MAGISTRATE'S COURT.

THIS DAY. (Before T. W. Parker, Esq., R.M.) DRUNKENNESS. Albert Hurd was charged with being drank and disorderly in Thames-street yesterday. He was fined 205., or 48 hours' imprisonment. John O'Brien, charged with a similar offence in Tyne-street, was also fined 205., with the alternative of three days' imprisonment. A PUGILISTIC ENCOUNTER. John Hagin and William Cazelzien were charged with having committed a breach of the peace by fighting in Thamesstreet. The arresting constable deposed to the fight having lasted for some time prior to his arrival, and in consequence of this His Worship inflicted a penalty of 20s. each, or four days' imprisonment. This was all the business.
