WELLINGTON WHARF ARRANGEMENTS.

Wellington, March 14. The importers and carters of Wellington are greatly dissatisfied with Mr. Reeves's management of the wharf, and are about petitioning the Corporation to remove him from office. It is alleged that he favours certain friends of his own to the great inconvenience and annoyance of other people.
