No fewer than fifty persons iia\e been .'.-Hlitmoiied at the Magistrate's Court for keeping unregistered dogs. Most of the offenders, having registered since the summonses were taken out, were dismissed. The police intend to prosecute everybody owning dogs and not registering. Five hundred and forty dogs have been registered already. About a hundred additional summonses have been taken out.
