THE Proprietor begs to inform his' Patrons, and the Public generally, that he is still in the land of the living, and emphatically denies the assertions made by certain people that the SHADES is not the coolest place to get LUNCH in. Those of the Public who have not paid the SHADES a visit, let them come and try for themselves; the Proprietor can assure them that if they do favor him with their patronage, they will get as good a meal as they can get in any other town in New Zealand.
