APPLICATIONS will be received at the K-oad Board Office, Oamaru, up to 6th MARCH, from Competent Persons willing to undertake the duties of TRAVELLING INSPECTOR of ROADS AND BRIDGES for the Waitaki County Council. Salary, £250 per annum, without any allowance. The successful applicant will be required to devote his whole time to business of the County, and to enter into such bonds as the Council may determine. The Main North Road extending from the Southern portion of the Waitaki County to the Waitaki Bridge. 2. The Road branching from off the Main North Road to where it touches the Moeraki Jetty. 3. The Road from- Pukeuri Point, about five miles north of Oamaru, up the Waitaki and Ahuiiri Rivers as far as Omarama Accommodation House. 4. The Road from Omarama Accommodation House, as far as the Southern portion of Lake Ohou, and thence to Messrs. Sutton Bros.' Station. 5.
