There is very little flax upon it, and its proximity to the Town and Station will cause cartage expenses to be a very small item. The STRAW will be PURCHASED, if desired, by the Proprietor. Also, we beg to offer for Two Years Cropping, THREE FARMS (about nine miles from Oamaru, and three miles from the Teaneraki Railway Station) of 260, 270, and 123 Acres respectively. They have been for some years in English Grass, and should yield a magnificent crop of wheat. The adjoining land was broken up last year, and the crop now being harvested is very good indeed.
