Mr. Pyke lias been hung in effigy by the Crom well ians for voting against well as the County town. r . Tin WEikTrnm. It is raining heavens 1 ard to-day, and the streets are in a fearful state. BSSAVY ft.9O3S. 4 p.m. The low-lying parts of the town are flooded, and it is feared much damage will be done if the rain continues.
