MAGISTRATE'S COURT.

THIS DAY. [Before T. W. Parker, Esq., J.P.] EXGELL V. ARMSTRONG. This was an adjourned case, and there was no appearance. DOOLEY V. WILLIAMS. Adjourned till 23rd instant. TOOHEY V. LINDSAY. Claim £2O, for goods sold and delivered to defendant's wife. Mr. O'Meagher for plaintiff, and Mr. Hislop for defendant. Plaintiff deposed that although the goods were supplied to a Mra. Lindsay, he was under the impression that she was a widow. This case was adjourned. PKEVOST V. GIFFOKD. Claim £ls, for surveying certain parts of Educational Reserve, by order of defendant, was not concluded when our reporter left.
