The above properties are situated in the rising Township of Maheno, within one minutes'* walk of the Railway Station, about ei<dit miles from Oamaru on the main road to Dunedin. A large business is now carried on in both premises, which must soon necessarily increase, as the Town and District are daily advancing in value and importance.
