At the Police Court to-day, Mr. EuA said that the prosecutor in the case ol Stamper versus Wilson, had addressed > document to the Bench accusing them of being guilty of a miscarriage of justice. Such remarks, Mr. Fish said, were extremely indecent, but when emanating from gentleman of law, were trebly indecent. He was astonished to find professional gentlemen guilty of such impertinence, and had the remarks been made in open Court, it would have been the duty of the Bench to have unflinchingly committed him for contempt of Court.
