Telegraph Stations have been ojicned at Kinstscope and Cape fcords. on Kansarc; Island, Sooth Australia. Vessels, passing Cape fiord* will be reported, and can signalise from that station to their various agent*, &c The charges for such messages will be collected on delivery.
