DIRECTIONS : For Bruises and Strains. Mix a tablespoonful of the extract witi half a tumbler of cold water, and keep a clots constantly wet with the lotion thus madeat; plied to the part affected for several hours. Pains in the Side, Back, &c. The same lotion can be applied ; but tfc better way is to use the extract as a Lie meut, rubbing it thoroughly with the has or a piece of coarse ilannel.
