" Patrick M'Cusker, arrested by Cot stable Stewart, was fined 10s., with tin alternative of three days' imprisonment. Civil Case. Fleming & Hedley v. O'Raw—Clain, £ll Is. 6d. Mr. O'Meagher for the plait tiffs. Judgment was recorded for plain tiffs for amount claimed, with costs.
