UNLAWFULLY INJURING. . - John Morrison was charged that, lie did, on the 10th of -'August, ;at Oamaru, unlawfully and maliciously throw kerosene oil on one Elizabeth* Campbell, alim Johnston, and set jfre to the same, with intent, to maim and disfigure the said Elizabeth Campbell. " . . Mr. "O'Meagher appeared for the pri'soner. , Sub-Inspector M'Clusky briefly stated the facts of the case, and the Bench then remanded the accused till Thursday, the 17th inst. MALICIOUS IXJURY TO PROPERTY. Charles Willman, on remand, was charged that he did,.,onilie 9th inst., wilfully damage a certain buggy, the" property, of Dr. - Wait.
