Hokitika, Thursday. A WELL-MERITED SENTENCE. „
Luke Moor, a schoolmaster, has been convicted at the District* Court, of two charges of criminal assault on two children under twelve. He pleaded "Guilty" to a third charge, and was sentenced to two periods of imprisonment of six months each, and two floggings during the first six months.
