[per press agency.] Hokitika, Friday. GOLD RUSH. The rnsli at Teremakau is now assuming large proportions. A <rreat number of claims on each side of the prospectors are 011 good gold. . Some miles of ground, not yet touched, are expected to cany the same lead. Over 800 sections in the new township are taken up, and fetching very high prices—£3s being refused for some half sections. TENDER FOR TUG. Cameron Brothers' (of Lyttelton) tender for Titan steam tug, of £4,900, has been accepted. No satisfactory tenders for sailing vessels were received.
