SALE OF MUNICIPAL SECTIONS.
Mr. A. H. Maude sold by public 'at noon to-day, the lease, for years, of the following Municipal section# situate in - Thames-street, between the Post Office and Mechanics' Institute, being part oi block 95, viz. : —Section 1, at an annual rental of £lls 10s., J. K. Brown and Co. ; sections 2 and 3, £42 each, p et annum, W. J. Steward and Go.; sections 5 to 10, £3l 10s. each per annum, C, G, Moore and Co. ; section 11, £33 10s. annum; section 12, £74 10s. per annum, J, T. Evans and Co'. ; section 4, £34 per annum, Lindsay and Co.
