HOW TO FIT A HORSE-COLLAR.
Horse-collars (says the S}'dney " Tow and Country Journal") are rarely made to fit the neck and shoulders of the wearers. It is too often the case that any collar that can be readily procured is made to serve the purpose after a fashion, and galled necks or shoulders are the usual inevitable consequences. Few farm horses are free from galls upon the shoulders and the top of the neck, and these troubles all resaifc,; from badly-fitting-collars.
