Any persons not receiving their papers ! regularly will oblige by informing Mr. Jeubeiieve that, from now, with ilu present arrangements, we shall hear of no more complaints of irregular delivery of papers. The building being erected for the Harbour Board's new o.ficcs ii progressing most favourably. The site chosen by the Board is certainly one of the best that could have been selected, as the oiiices will be near all the leading places of business in town—such, for instaiicc, as the three Bank;, tlie flail way Station, and hut, but not least, 'lns Evkxijtg Mail oixice. We have been favoured by Air. Forrester with a peep at the plans of this new building, which will undoubtedly be one of the handsomest in town. Tlie style of tlie editiee is Veaetiau, the lower story c:>n-jisling of an arcade with three bays, rusticated coins, and arch & tones, -the openings being flanked by- Doric columns. Tlie upper floor is filled in' something after the same style with cantalever cornice the whole being surmounted by pierced balustrades. The Harbour Department consists of : 'front and back oliice, loft, by 15ft. and 15 ft. by 12ft. i respectively. The Board-room is situated ou tlie upper floor, and proached by a handsome staircase. The room is also on this floor, and ' measui.es 15ft. by 12ft. The Board-room is 15ft. by 22ft.
