TEE LYNCH TROUPE.
Another splendid audience greeted the troupe on their second appearance in the Masonic Hall on Saturday evening. The programme which was, as promised, entirely altered from the one on the previous night, met with a most hearty reception. The Brothers Lynch on the hand and standbells respectively, were well received, and, perliapSj tiie gem of the evening was "Home, Sweet Home," by Messrs. H. and W. Lynch. Mr. Charles Keeley had to favour the audience with an encore every time he appeared, aud with the large stock of songs he had to choose from, it is not difficult to imagine that he easily satisfied his admirers. Perhaps tiie best he gave was "The Parlour Blind," which was greeted with immense applause. The troupe will perform tliis evening for the last time in Oamaru for some years, as it is their intention after concluding their tour in New Zealand to travel through the United States. A grand programme has been selected for tins evening, when a host of new character songs and burlesques will be introduced. The new farce, the "Haunted Chateau,"will conclude the entertainment.
