The perfume sold for use on sable is heavy and reminiscent of sandalwood. The ermine fragrance is lighter, with a dash of attar of roses m its composition.

Lillian Roth wraps herself m white ermine skins, whose long circular effects meet the demands of the long skirts and trains of the mode. (3) Black and gold for the blonde. Natalie Moorehead, who finds taffeta the best medium. Hem is even and just misses the floor. Cape of velvet jax and cloth of gold, (4) Jean Arthur- lends form to a 1917 gown and gets away with it m this year of grace. (5) Sleek and yrande dame-ish! Full-length wrap of black velvet and white fox adds dignity and beauty to Geneva Mitchell.
