Sarron - Doito van At time of writing matters are m a very muddled state over the proposed meeting between Tommy Donovan and Pete Sarron. The event was all set for Saturday next, but unfortunately for all concerned Sarron badly jarred his left hand m. the second round, of his contest with Leckie. THE hand was swollen to such a state that Sarrofv could not close it the day after the fight. - ■ », ■ ■ An X-ray examination showed a nasty fracture and Sarron was advised not to box again / foiv: two or three weeks.
