ORANGE CREAM

DEQUIRED: Four large oranges, six V ounces pounded loaf sugar, five '.eggs,, one and a -.half gills milk, one ounce gelatine. Take the juice of four oranges and the peel of two, and with the sugar boil to a syrup. Boil milk and dissolve gelatine m it, pour on to the beaten egg yolks, and stir over the fire till it thickens. Then strain. Add syrup from the oranges and allow to cool. When nearly cold add three-quarter-pint of whipped cream, and set m a' mould. , .
