STRAWBERRY CREAM
DEQUIRED: Half -pint of cream, half * an ounce of gelatine, one tin strawberry jam. Dissolve gelatine m a little water over the fire, take off, and allow to cool. Whip the cream very stiff, add the jam, and stir gently into the gelatine. Place m a mould. Serve very cold. -
