AMERICAN CHICKEN SALAD
CLICE meat from cold chicken and *-* cut into small fillets. Wash thoroughly and scrape some celery stalks and cut into small pieces, allowing two parts celery to one of chicken. Dry well m clean cloth, and place m basin with chicken, pouring over it one tablespoon vinegar and three of good salad oil.
