THOUGH Owner Eliot Davis has not been present to see his horse racing, he is naturally, elated over the successes cpmirtg the way , of the Frenchr-bred horse. -Tidal was of Eliot pa vis's own choosing when the Auckla-ndef was on his world tour, andy because of this he will have to get some credit m his judgment. There is no doubt about Tidal's ability when m the 'mood and anything is within his compass.
