TED MORGAN, ex-world's ama- *■ teur welter champion, 'but now m the moneyed ranks, has placed himself m the hands of Manager Pat Connors. Pat has taken Ted into training and the boy: is: working out at Crawford's gym. This is Connors' second Olympic boxer and Pat is sure that Morgan is going to give the crowd what it wants—fireworks. It is intended that the boy feel his way along at first and it is probable that Wellington will put him on - towards the end of the month.
