Have a solicitor draw up the agreement. (2) Yes. - Q.: If I wrote my wife a letter telling her that I had committed adultery and that I would never return to her, would this enable her to obtain a divorce without proof of the contents of the letter? — "Prisoner" (Napier). ■ A.: She cannot obtain a divorce on the ground of adultery without proof of the adultery, and your letter would not be sufficient without some corroboration.
