A WELL-KNOWN ACTRESS TELLS HOW SHE DARKENED HER GREY HAIR WITH A SIMPLE HOMEMADE MIXTURE. Miss Blance Rose, a well-known actress, who darkened her grey hair with a simple preparation which she mixed at home, m a recent interview, made the following statement: — "Any lady or gentleman may. darken their grey hair and make it soft" and glossy with this simple treatment, which they can mix at home. To seven (7) oa. of water add 1 oz. of bay rum, % oz. glycerine and a small box of Orlex Compound. These ingredients can be bought at any chemist's at very little cost. Do the mixing yourself to avoid extra expense, "and apply to the hair twice a week until it becomes the required shade. This should make a grey-haired person look twenty years younger.
